"Breath is the vehicle of consciousness and so, by its slow measured observation and distribution, we learn to tug our attention away from external desires toward a judicious, intelligent awareness."

Change Your Life with Morning Breath and Meditation

Morning Routine (Total Time: Approximately 30-40 minutes)

Start with a one-minute breath count to center yourself.

Practice closed-mouth "Om" chanting for five minutes to slow down your breath.

Spend 5-10 minutes reading spiritual material focused on instilling a positive perception shift while letting go of negative perceptions.

Engage in a mantra-esque breathing meditation to deepen your positive perception shift.

Perform heart-opening movements to prepare for deeper breathing exercises.

Wim Hof-style Breathing Rounds

Four sets of 30 deep breaths each, with timed breath holds (aim for 2 minutes 30 seconds).

Followed by three rounds of 60 breaths each, aiming for a 3-minute breath hold.

Final Minutes: Experience and Gratitude Sharing

Take a few minutes to reflect on your experience and express gratitude for the practice.

This condensed morning routine combines breathwork, meditation, and movement to create a holistic and energizing start to your day. It incorporates both inner and physical practices to promote well-being and positive mindset shifts.
